How do I order from your site?
- How do I place an order on your site?
Ordering could not be simpler. Simply browse through our site and click on the order button next to the items that you would like to purchase.
When you have finished making your selection, click ‘proceed to your order‘ or ‘click to checkout‘ where you will be able to preview/amend/update your shopping basket and complete your order via a secure online payment form.
You will be asked to provide:
Your name and full contact details
email adress.We currently only accept payments via Paypal.
As soon as you have completed the online payment, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of your order.
A further email will also be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery
- When will my order be dispatched?
We currently only ship to destinations within the UK and our standard delivery rate is £4.50 per order.
We aim to dispatch your items within 2-4 working days and you will receive an automatic email from usᅠconfirming the dispatch date.During busier periods, you should allow up to 10 days although we wouldᅠalways contact you to let you know if we expected there to be a delay of this length.
All parcels are securelyᅠpackaged and dispatched using Royal Mails first class service.ᅠ
You may be required to sign for your parcel once it arrives.

Returns
- Can I have a refund for my item if I change my mind or if it is faulty
We hope that you will be delighted with your Music Bugs Toy Shop purchase.
If however you are not 100% satisfied, we will offer a full no quibble refund of the original purchase price.
Contact us on info@musicbugs.co.uk quoting the order reference number and your full contact details. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your parcel. You can opt to have either a full refund*, an exchange or a credit voucher.
Your item must be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date.
We can only refund items that are returned in their original condition (with all original labels and tags still attached) and in their original packaging.
* Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty
Returns
- Faulty goods
We take great care to ensure that the items we sell are in perfect condition, and careful checks are made prior to dispatch. Please notify us immediately in the unlikely event that you find an item to be faulty.
We will then make arrangements with you to return your parcel.
You can opt to exchange the product (subject to stock levels) or receive a credit note. Or if you prefer, a full refund will be issued including your return postage costs.
